WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!IT IS NOT WORTH VISITING AS DESPITE THE GREAT DEAL OF VARIETY OF CLOTHING THE SHOP IS FAR TOO BIG TO BE MANAGED BY SUCH CLUELESSLY OBNOXIOUS IDIOTIC STAFF!

The manager of this store shocked me with how quick he snapped and made me feel threatened and uncomfortable when I made a return today. I came in to return shoes I bought yesterday that had not been worn by me at all, but had visible ware on the soles of one shoe and not the other, the price sticker in the shoe was completely illegible and the shoebox had a tare in it. Clearly it was the pair that people tried on in the store regularly, but I certainly didn't get a discount on it because of this. I explained the state of the shoes to him and tried to open the box to show him but he slammed his hand on it so I couldn't open it. I was very uncomfortable after that but had to go through the process of getting my money back, and I was scribbling my details on the return receipt so fast so I could leave.On the way out I spoke to an employee about it, but of course she wasn't going to talk to the manager about his poor behaviour. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, who are lovely and efficient, but I'm shocked he's in charge and acted like that today. I'm definitely not spending anymore money at the Chermside store let alone the company.Just because I wanted to make a return doesn't mean I am disposable as a customer.

Had such a good experience today in store. Alexandra went above and beyond to help us. Every staff member I saw spoke to me and my daughter. We left happy.

Unimpressed with the dreadful level of customer service. Stopped in on a Saturday and the store had more staff than customers yet we still managed to wait in the queue for ages. In fact at 1 point they had 6 staff behind the counter and only 2 serving, then 1 of thise 2 left to go and walk the floor leaving only 1 staff member serving. Waited a few minutes longer and the one who left came back and finally served us. Product was fine, price was ok, service very lacking.

No one greats you, no one is willing to help you or cater to your needs until you find and ask someone yourself. For how much you charge and the brands you’d sell in store, you would think that your staff would be trained to a professional standard. Not the first time I’ve been in to this store and been completely ignored or asked if I needed any help. I highly recommend training your staff with basic retail service.

The guy helping me buy some shoes didn't allow to buy the last pair of air force's as he wanted to buy them himself. EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A FAIRLY NEW LOOKING PAIR ON HIS FEET. never gonna sunday shop there again. altho i gotta admit i do look fresh. #chickmagnet #ladiesman #blessed #readyourbible

worst staff ever. always discriminating and so rude. have no respect for anyone of their customers. they are all delinquents.

Poor customer service and discriminatory security!Train your staff on how to treat young teenagers and train your security on proper etiquette when talking to these teenagers!
