Andrew and his wife at AMC Property Maintenance are a delight to work with. Responses to emails are timely, Andy shows up on time, he does the work precisely how I ask for it, and tidies up after himself. I also love that he's good with kids, as I often have someone underfoot while tradespeople are working on my home. His professionalism and quality of work gives me total peace of mind that I'm paying for a job well done, so I happily recommend him to anyone (even if it means he'll become so popular that I'll have a harder time booking him in future!). I've lived in a few fixer-upper properties so the list of tradespeople I've booked to do jobs is quite long, but Andy stands apart in the shorter list of those who have my repeat business.

I have hired AMC Home Maintenance on two occasions recently. I needed some kitchen cabinets removed for a dishwasher install, along with carpet removal for a tiling job. I’d had another handyman come to quote and he said he couldn’t do either job, but Andy said he was confident he could take care of both jobs, and he absolutely delivered. He arrived spot on the time he said he would, and completed the jobs quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with the final result, and Andy is warm, professional and absolutely highly recommended!

Andy from AMC Property Maintenance replaced the rusted and broken galvanised support stirrup at the base of a wooden verandah pole. It was concreted into a large block and had to be cut out and a new support concreted in place. I was very impressed by his workmanship, professionalism and value and will use his services again

Andy was very punctual, didn't waste time chatting beyond being friendly and professional on arrival and departure. He was very neat and tidy and has a high quality of workmanship. He replaced my fence (rotting wood), removed the debris and replaced with aluminium panels which he sourced and ordered. It was a large job so we staged it in three parts. He also completed some simple handyman tasks for me. I am delighted with his work and he is as good as his word. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I can highly recommend AMC Property Maintenance which I regard as a very professional service. Andy was prompt, punctual and completed the tasks involved in the removal of a partial brick fence in an effective and efficient manner. The many tasks involved after the dismantling of the fence included the laying brick pavers, clearing the rubble, tidying the garden and removal of the rubbish to the tip. Each task involved was completed professionally and to high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome which has resulted in a much enhanced and functional entrance to my property.
