My rocket r58 needed a service as I was having some issues with inconsistent steam. Vinni very promptly came and picked up the machine and gave it a full service and it’s now running as good as when I bought the machine from new. Didn’t realize how stiff my levers were and how the flow has slowed over the years. Espresso pulls have been perfect and steamer is super precise again. Very impressed with the service!

Great service from Vinni and his team. Our Rocket coffee machine ( excellent machine by the way) needed a seal replaced and a service as it was not working properly. Vinni personally picked up and returned the machine from our home and the machine is now working perfectly again. Prompt service and the price seemed very reasonable.

We had our La Cimbali junior fixed within a day. Service was warm and friendly. Vinni was so thorough, his prices are reasonable. If you are comparing to another main servicer who seems larger we’ve used for years, they don’t compare to Vinni.
