It has been an interesting experience signing up for a course. The one thing I can say is that I did not have to worry over the payment options for the course. That was all taken care of. Very Promptly. Great! But as per usual you only really find out about how good the course is, when you start the course. That's when you find out that you may have made the wrong decision. Course profiles never give enough information. We always need a lot more information about courses before we sign up. For example, it is great to know what the course is but how many assessments will you be going through. How hard are they. On a scale of one through ten where one is a snooze fest and 10 is like having your skin flayed. How much time is the course really going to eat into your life etc. etc. Come on guys a lot more information. PLEASE!

OUA has made my entry into university seamless. I would say without their help I would have struggled to make the right choices. The staff are there to help, but also encourage you along the way. I highly recommend this as a way to commence studying, even after a long interval like mine. Thanks.

I have had a very supported experience with Open Universities, both in selecting an interesting course but also in supporting me during the study. They showed me how to get feedback on my early clumsy Essays to bring them into line with the Universities requirements, with helpful chats about the changed Technology that I at first struggled with. One star seems generous.Appalling disregard of mature age students, regularly give false information as to how to apply, only providing correction after cut off dates and don’t bother booking an appointment to talk to them. They won’t call you.I used to really enjoy working with open uni to pursue my degree but in recent years anything resembling customer service is entirely absent
