Amazing! Cannot recommend any higher. Viktor fixed my hard drive over the weekend, when no one else was open. Not only did he do it within two days, he did it for a much lower price than he should have.

I just don't know where to start.Literally, Wildfire Data Recovery saved two years and half of my life and research in one week. I am a Korean, I come from a culture where everything can be delivered in one day, everything can be fixed in one day, but as we all know, everything takes more time in Australia, especially anything related to IT, takes more time and money.So when I found out my laptop got a malware attack, I was absolutely devastated. However, one of my peers strongly recommended Wildfire data recovery, and.. these guys do know what they're doing! This company is super thorough, fast, and so reliable. In particular, I really want to thank Viktor, who did absolutely fabulous job of recovering my data. Honestly, I didn't expect that I would be able to get my laptop back in less than a week, but I got it today.Massive thanks to Vikor and the team!

Wildfire Data recovered my daughter's locked iPhone 7. Viktor took the time to find out what the problem was, explain what they could do, probability of success and cost structure, and listened to what data was most critical for us. An Apple 'Genius', and virtually all of the internet, had told us it was impossible. We got the phone back 100% and a backup of the contents - that was a good day.

WDR did everything they could, and then some, to recover many many old photos and files for me from my severely corrupted hard drive and I appreciate their great efforts in retrieving most of them. I'm very relieved and extremely grateful for the work they did and their expertise. The other noticeable aspect of their work was the regular contact I had with the Executive Director who provided updates on progress being made during the recovery process. Excellent service! I took my wife’s broken Samsung S20 to Wildfire to get some lost photos of the internal storage. Wildfire had managed to rescue all the data and only took two days. Would definitely recommend.

Viktor is very professional and all round a lovely person to deal with. He’s very responsive and keeps you in loop about how the data recovery is going. I handed him my corrupted SD card and he managed to recover all of my files in a more timely manner than I could ever have imagined. On top of a great service he also has a super cute and friendly pup, ready to greet you as soon as you walk through the door!
