Northern Rivers Oral & Maxillo Facial Surgery

My son had all four wisdom teeth removed.We found this surgery very out of date with processing rebates. Also not pleased about never meeting Dr Bilski prior to the procedure. His assistant held all of the consults & was poor at informing us about the procedure & answering our questions.On our routine post operative check up we still didn't get to meet Dr Bilski, the events during the procedure handed to us by the nurses where not adequately resolved because Dr Bilski was not available to meet us.Very unhappy with this health experience & hope this feedback helps to make the process better for others in the future.

Hi I had an implant done last Friday. It was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. From start to finish I was well looked after. It is a busy practice but I never felt rushed.I appreciated the confident yet easy going manner that they work in. Having work done on your teeth can cause anxiety so having this type of atmosphere around you helps.My sister went after me and also had an implant done. She wanted me to add to this review that her experience was very good. She has worked in dental practices for many years.

I had the pleasure of working with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Mr Wojciech Bilski at the Royal London Hospital which is one of the leading Trauma Centres in the United Kingdom .He has excellent Surgical Skills & I have seen him deal competently & efficiently with complex facial trauma cases from stabbings to road traffic accident cases.He has excellent communication skills & is friendly & approachable . I have been very impressed with his work in scar revision .I note that he has very high patient satisfaction rates with post-operative patients. He is a charming individual & this is matched with outstanding surgical proficiency.I would gladly place the care of myself or my family in his more than capable hands.

My experience with Dr A. Bilski and Northern Rivers Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery was outstanding! I had 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic at St Vincent's Hospital and the level of service and professionalism from start to finish was amazing. All the staff at the surgery were extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I saw Arthur before entering theatre which certainly helped ensure I was in a calm and relaxed state. The post operative care and support I received from the clinic was incredible. I highly recommend Arthur Bilski and the team at NROMFS.

Would highly recommend NROMFS Lismore! I have had procedures done by both the surgeons.
