After my computer was hacked, the issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. He then recommended an upgrade to a new drive on my aging computer, and also installed Office 365. All done in a timely manner, and in consideration of my needs.

Met Hyam at PC Parts etc company last week by accident we were inside waiting for consumables. i discussed my Internet woes and he listened intently . He gave me his business card for a contact point. i called a few days later after further dissatisfaction with my service people. he mentioned a few solutions to my system which included a windows 10 upgrade as the recent attempt had failed and provider wanted me to take tower to their premises. Hyam attended and installed windows 10 very successfully and WebRoot, a Cloud Based 24 hour 7 days a week Scan system- protecting me from all Threats and Malware etc. Also i allowed TeamViewer which allows Easy Remote Support. for a moderate yearly tariff. I am very pleased to have been fortunate to have all this fixed in a few hours in Brisbane from a Toowoomba Based Business. .Excellent and Very Friendly Service that allowed me to watch the full process and understand it all .

He was referred to me by a friend whom he recently helped with his work laptop, and yes, the technician did not disappoint.He sorted out my Work/Gaming laptop in less than an hour and added helpful applications to monitor its performance.He also provided me with bits of advice re: helpful apps to protect my system and overall, may increase the lifespan of my laptop.Highly recommended.

I have utilised Aspire Computing a number of times and this time my 6 year old Pcmonitor was glitches at my morbid face. I quickly contacted Chaim in Toowoojba and he quickly sourced me a 27 inch curved Samsung Monitor as i love their products. It was delivered to me next morning and Chain came the next day to replace plus upgrade system, and recommended a better Edifer speaker system. I am very happy. Aspire totally recommended. Claims experience unbeaten and very cost effective.

I called with a problem regarding my pc. Chaim was exceptionally helpful even taking time out of his busy day to troubleshoot over a call. The discussion and expertise provided was phenomenal, even over the phone. He really knows his stuff!! It was refreshing and great to see someone actually wanting to help. Would highly recommend.
