Maleny Palace Cafe
We went there for lunch and ordered 2 dishes first afraid that the food is not good enough. Surprisingly the food was amazing, very tasty and very authentic vietnamese food.we did not expect the food will turn out like that. We ordered more food at the end.We had broken rice, 2 serves palace special noodle (dry), 2 serves rice paper rolls, 2 serves crispy crab meat and shrimp spring rolls and vietnamese coffee. All foods turned out to be very delicious.The restaurant is not quite appealing from outside. But anyone come to Maleny must try this place. we ended up order takeaway for dinner. We ordered shaking beef, angel wing and palace special fried rice. All foods were very good as well. We definitely will come.back again when we visit Maleny.

Love this place. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating, the Hue noodle soup dish has just the right hit of chilli. Always enjoy our take meals from here too. Plus they do authentic Vietnamese coffee! Win!

Food was great with an extensive menu. Dim sims, spring rolls and salt & pepper were very good. Enjoyed the duck curry as well. Good Vietnamese at a reasonable price.

Maleny Palace Cafe
After several good reports, we decided to dine at Maleny Palace Vietnamese Restaurant last night. They are in Coral Street near the library. Their menu is comprehensive and has something for everyone. We had a selection of entrees main courses and special fried rice It was all very tasty, fresh and value for money. The service was great. I would encourage people to try it. We need to maintain a variety of eating places in Maleny.Graham.

Read the reviews before we went, and it's much better than we expected. The spicy beef noodle soup is big quantity with lot meats, the noodle is thinner than other shops but taste good too.

We came from Brisbane and we love Vietnamese food! We visited this place and I think they do a good fix of Viet food including coffees and drinks! But I personally think the flavours, portions, and offerings could be improved. Pho could be richer, Banh Mi pâté could be more intense, and portions could be more - given the price point. Otherwise, nothing specific to complain but rather, a comparison to eatery places at Inala.

Maleny Palace Cafe
There was nothing else open in Maleny on a Monday night around the new year, so we came here. The restaurant itself and its decor is old, tired and the ceiling is quite mouldy.That aside, the food was fine, although it was quite a long wait: there seemed to be only one waiter and one person in the kitchen. I was dubious about the food, having heard the microwave ping many times, but it was fine.
