Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff member so rude. Hubby went to purchase something for me last week found it went to register with cash. Staff member said card only no signs to advise. My hubby like a lot of older people don't have cards. I enquired with head office to be advised their decision to only accept cards to protect staff. Well their decision will loose customers i know they have lost us as customers. Could have signs outside to advise. Very unhappy customer

Absolutely lovely ladies who work here go above and beyond to satisfy us every visit and it is such a refreshing change, rare to find genuinely great customer service nowadays. Thank you very much.

Everytime I go here (usually to get engagement or wedding gifts) I'm ignored by staff.Why?I don't look especially poor?They don't look especially busy?They smile and serve customers around me?I must be invisible. That must be the reason I'm completely overlooked each time I come in.But is it really my fault?Why do I keep coming back?Perhaps I am crazy?One thing is for sure, I can't handle the mind games, intentional or not.So this review is a farewell.....a goodbye to the friend I never got to know, Robyn's Kitchen.I wanted to like you. I wanted to recommend you to others. But alas, you turned me away...

They know us by name, always super friendly and helpful. Old-school customer service!

Rude old lady with tacky violet hair. As I entered the shop I headed to the back where they were selling what I was looking for there were four people before me and my partner at the entrance. As I'm looking at prices and comparing I hear a woman shout with attitude ahh can I help you. And I was like must not be for me then I hear a Can I Help You Sir!" and I just think ooooh someone's in trouble lol. Then in the corner of my eye I she a old woman rushing through the shop towards me and I look up to a visibly annoyed employee and she asks me very angrily while shaking her head in annoyance CAN. I. HELP. YOU.I was shocked she was talking to me but I am 26 and I get older people rudely suspicious of me just being in the shop....I calmly said no thank you and left."

If you love rude and blunt service, this is the place for you! Used to shop here often, would wather travel to Springfield store to support their lovely staff instead.

Everything was on sale on the Tuesday I visited. The Sales Assistant was very friendly and helpful. Note: due to COVID-19, the Robin's Kitchen franchise isn't accepting cash. Card only.

Pleasant staff who are only to pleased to help. We will go again. We purchased a small but ingenious device for opening any size jar lid with ease. ( $9.95). Paid for itself with first use!
