I stayed in a one bedroom executive apartment for a weekend to attend an event. The location was walking distance to the event, which was brilliant as I didn't have to worry about parking and there was a nice restaurant nearby too so 5 stars for the location. The room was dated, had seen better days and looked far from what I expected for an 'executive' apartment. The bathroom in particular was clearly showing it's age. There was a shower over bath, the sink looked like it was missing something and when you put the toilet seat up, it almost hit the old school single flush button on the wall.Having said that, it had a full dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, modern microwave, washing machine, dryer, split system heating/cooling and large tvs in both rooms. Although the bedding was a bit weird (flat sheet came off the mattress and the doona had no cover), the bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. Being next to the pool on the ground floor was nice but the noisy screaming kids using the pool definitely wasn't.The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially since I didn't check in until 2am on the Saturday morning.Just like my stay at Quest Maribyrnong however, the phone signal in my room was very poor, so if I wanted to make a phone call, I had to leave my room. I'm starting to wonder if it has something to do with Quests buildings. Maybe they're insulated and sound proofed so well that they stop phone signals coming through? Who knows. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Quest Dandenong but next time I won't be booking the executive apartment and I will be asking for a room away from the pool. Hopefully it will make my stay a lot quieter and hopefully the other rooms have access to more updated facilities.

I just spent 9 days at Quest Dandenong. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a stressful start with flight cancellations from Perth, on arrival on Sat night the heating in my room wasn't working, I contacted the night manager who came down immediately to assist me. The next day, I was upgraded to a room with heating. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The free Wi-Fi was great, the free on site parking was awesome. The location was central yet quiet. Thank you so much Quest Dandenong. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully get the chance to come back. 5 STARS

I stayed here for 3 months while working in Australia! The rooms - clean and tidy and nice and spacious they even had a dishwasher which was great. Bathroom and toilet was nice clean and modern. The room also had aircon and a fan in the bedroom. The hotel - Great location it’s only 20/30 minute drive from all of Melbournes main tourist sites and beaches. It also has its own private parking for guests. The staff - All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The guys at the desk are always happy to help with any problems or just have a chat if you want to speak to someone. The cleaners are friendly and trustworthy always left my room nice and clean and tidy! The pool - The pool is always kept clean and the area nice and tidy! They have tables and chairs for you to chill out in the sun and have a nice can of fosters. They even have a barbecue for all guests to use which is nice to chuck some shrimp on the barbi on a nice day or evening!Overall I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about staying in the area.10/10 from the new business owners!

Wonderful hotel. We had a 2 night escape at the end of the school holidays. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Small bottle of wine on arrival as I’d had a long trip. Honey from a staff member as he is a bee keeper. The kids were so impressed as was I.So much to do close by for entertainment!

Quest Dandenong is such a beautiful hotel. Clean spacious rooms, close to the markets and the staff made us feel so welcome. Our little ones also loved it and we were able to use one of their port a cots so we didn't need to bring one with us. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back in the future.
