Bright Waves Swim School

I brought my 8 YO granddaughter here for a free assessment about a month ago and she started lessons straight away.They have placed her in a class appropriate to her ability not age, so she is with 2 much younger children and absolutely loves it.Her teacher is very professional and has a happy friendly manner with the kids in his care. She has been treated very well and not pushed too hard beyond her abilities.Heaps of off-street parking.Toilet/Shower room is small but always very clean.

The staff, management and swimming teachers at Bright Waves Werribee have been amazing. They are always very friendly and always try their best to accomodate requests from families. We've recently enrolled our youngest into their swimming classes. I was feeling very nervous as she is quite attached to me. Jo, one of the wonderful ladies at reception, was amazing at helping my Daughter settle in. Jo was very patient, calm and took a reassuring approach when interacting with my Daughter. Thank you so much Jo, your efforts have calmed an anxious Mumma and helped my Daughter to settle in with ease. I would definitely recommend Bright Waves to anyone thinking of putting their children in swimming lessons.

We love Bright Waves swim school. Been here for 12 months with my eldest and just started my youngest here now too. The staff are very friendly, class sizes are small and you don't feel like just number. Sharon is amazing swim teacher. Bright Waves have been very clear communicators with regular emails and SMS updates during this period of uncertainty with covid 19 restrictions. I always feel like we know what's going on and enjoy visiting once a week for our lessons.

When my son had his first lesson, the instructor pushed my sons head under the water when he was collecting the sticks from the bottom of the pool. So when I rang up to cancel his future lessons because he was so traumatised and did not want to go back, the lady who answered the phone was so rude. She did not even acknowledge what had happened. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Small facility with too many people at a time in 1 class (30 minute) and a management that refuses to do anything about it. They advertise small class but they have several small class going. NO difference to Paul Sadler but in a smaller building with less change room/shower/toilet/ carpark. Not covid safe at all.

My son has been attending since late last year. Teachers have been great. But unfortunately one of the staff are extremely rude to myself and other extended family.over charging me lessons for times where my son had not attended in weeks and have not been notified till now.well done ! Really shows how much care and respect is shown towards people. worst customer service!

We just had our second lesson at Bright Waves with Mel and we have been super impressed with the whole experience!! Mel was really professional and friendly and helped my daughter get over her nerves in the pool within a few minutes. The facilities are great! Everything feels super clean and there’s none of that indoor pool chlorine smell. We had debated going to a larger swim school chain but I’m so glad we went to Bright Waves as my daughter (and I) is really enjoying the more friendly, personal vibe. Thanks guys!

Perfect pool to teach young children. Owners know what they are doing. Staff are super friendly and professional. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Pricing is reasonable. My son has progressed a lot quicker than expected, so I am stoked!

My son is always super excited to go for his swimming lesson, all thanks to his wonderful teacher Harrison. He is extremely calm, patient, supportive and has great teaching skills. I highly recommend bright waves to everyone.

Every week my daughter is excited for her swimming class. Thanks to her teacher Tahlia! She’s really great! At first my daughter was so afraid soaking her head in the water and doesnt really like swimming. I thought its gonna be hard for her to learn how to swim but we can see the improvement and its so amazing! Thanks Brightwaves! Thank you Tahlia for your patience and making swimming class for my daughter enjoyable.
