With my Brivis ducted heater replacement the Sales team at Tonna heating and cooling would not match the price from other contractor quote - only dropped $50 on a $2500 job. However, the other contractor did have a high amount of negative reviews, so I decided to go on a gut feeling & go with Tonna heating and cooling.The guys at Tonna Heating and coiling did a fantastic job, they were friendly, highly skilled and tidy. Even though we got some rain on the day of the install they managed to get the job done between some dry patches. They then spent some time showing me how to correctly operate the unit upon completion. Overall I am very happy with my experience from Tonna heating and cooling and I would use them again for any future work.

Tonna Heating and Cooling were reliable with great sales communication.Their price was competitive. There was limited access under my house to repair ducts.Four other companies had either wanted to put the ducts in the roof space or wanted to lift the floorboards. Yet Tonna was able to crawl under the floor and do the repairs. Great effort and much appreciated.

Our experience was nothing short of excellent. Shane assessed the situation and explained to us his design and recommendations. Daniel, Marco, and Daniel the sparky, did an excellent installation, and Maria looked after the logistics and paperwork with no fuss.Now, two months in, in freezing Melbourne, we are enjoying temperatures we didn't even dream of during this time of year.The large Daikin split system is a total success. We can now decommission our gas ducted units. We are also looking for the added bonus in summer - using the A/C instead of the evap cooling! Win win all round. Thank you!

Tonna Heating & Cooling were very professional. I had a new Evaporative Cooler installed as well as a new Gas in ceiling Heater installed on the same day. initially on the day the job was booked it was raining but they contacted me to re-schedule. The job was done within about 3 hrs. Rick and his helper were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Their price was also cheaper compared to other quotes by companies that l would have had to wait 7 days or more for insallation. We had ducted reverse cycle AC installed. The whole process was seamless. From Jody coming and drawing up the plans to the installation. The installers, Daniel and Marco were great.
