GroutPro Darwin are the best. Their great transformation save me from huge renovations cost. highly recommended.

I had very specific concerns with corner tiles in the bathroom and GroutPro led me to believe they were able to turbo clean it effectively. Unfortunately they were not able to assist.Initially they had scheduled 6th August but they ran behind schedule so instead of cleaning my unit quite late on that evening, I allowed them to shift it to the following day. I was interstate at the time and they only went and did my unit 10th August; several days later than agreed.When I called back about the poor quality clean I was informed that I was eligible for a discounted second clean. The reason there was rubbish left behind and the initial clean wasn't great was that it was nighttime with poor visibility. They also said that sometimes some stains just don't come out. When I queried if they had rushed the job; I was told that the turbo clean would only ever clean to that level" so my question is - why would anyone take them up on a second discounted clean if that's the best that can be done?Throughout my time in dealing with them

Friendly, professional, great value and punctual. Quote came through quickly and I was able to book the restoring of my bathroom very quickly with them.The shower has had on going issues with mould and the bathroom’s grout and tiles were badly stained. GroutPro transformed our bathroom back to its former glory. Thanks Team! Will be using you again for all future properties!

Its zero stars. Did not even have the decency to advise us prior that they are unable to come. Moved out all our stuff, woke up early, took a day off. Wasted our money, time and energy.Very unprofessional. Had to call them coz they were late, but did not answer. Just sent us a message later to say their machine is broken. What a joke.

organized a free quote with these guys through facebook but no one showed up or even contacted me to let me know what was happening and still haven't. very unprofessional and a waste of my time having put time aside to meet them at the property.
