Sonia at Well and Wise has change my life. Her service and kind approach with myself and my family is second to none. We feel better in mind and body. Highly recommend!

I went today for the first time to see Sonia. I have over 2 dozen medical conditions. I am in constant chronic pain, and with my strong pain killers, it usually sits at about 8/10. During the appointment she was kind and gentle. Making sure to keep in mind all my medical problems, and how to or to not be hurting me or putting me in hospital. Which isn’t hard to do. After While we were walking out to our car, I told my partner that my pain was now at 5/10 after the appointment. I have seen every kind of medical professional that exists, and a lot of them made me worse or straight out abuse me. Sonia treated my partner, assistant dog and me and my body, with true respect and consideration. I’m going to be going to see Sonia as often as I can until she retires. I have been going to Well and Wise Clinic at the Grange for a number of years, and highly recommend Dr Sonia, I have found Sonia and her staff to be professional, prompt and very accommodating. Not only has the treatment made a huge difference to our health (and my back pain) but Dr Sonia is warm and friendly and really cares about the health of my family. Once when my kids were babies, she even made an emergency trip to our house, as my husband was in a great deal of pain and couldn't get to her clinic, even though this wasn't a service she provided........now I call that going above and beyond and you rarely see that in service providers these days!

A visit to Well & Wise is like stepping into an oasis of calm - Sonia and her team have created a professional, caring and relaxed environment where you can become a little more relaxed, back to balanced, better adjusted and ready to face the world again. Most of all, they really care and are genuinely kind people, plus they are family friendly and accommodating.Sonia personally has taken care of my uptight neck and back for more years now than I can remember, and she has always left me feeling so much better (even when pain and migraines have been excruciating). Especially if you have extras cover and need some pain attended to but you're unsure which chiropractor to try, I highly recommend Sonia's gentle healing touch, kindness and professional approach. Her team provide massage, naturopathy, nutrition and counselling services, in addition to chiropractic provided by Sonia herself. Before I found Well & Wise, I had tried another clinic and knew I had to find better - leading me to Sonia and Well & Wise.I haven't made it easy for Sonia with my through the roof stress levels, overwork and under exercise (she gently makes recommendations - but never casts judgement), but years ago, she put an end to what used to be regular, debilitating migraines. I can never go back to those days now. Thank you Sonia for improving the quality of my life!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this place. For years I used to fear visiting a Chiropractor but from the moment I walked through the doors I was well taken care of. The staff is really friendly and wonderful. Dr Sonia was a delight to interact with and receive support from. Her gentle and non-judgemental approach on top of her expertise within her field did wonders for me. I left the clinic feeling much better and well taken care of. I got positive results. I cannot think of a better experience and will continue going back there.

Dr Sonia is definitely the best. I've been having back and neck issues for a long time which has worsened over the last 2 years so finally I decided to see a professional. Found Well & Wise when searching for a Chiropractor & very thankful I did. From my first ever visit, Dr Sonia is always professional, kind, welcoming & informative. There was a time where I really needed an appointment but none of the times available suited me so Dr Sonia changed her schedule so she could fit me in when I was free. Just one of the things she does to make sure all her patients are taken care of and that she's there when we need her. They're professional, amazing and affordable. Sonia and the team at Well and Wise have taken great care of me for over a decade. they are all always very welcoming and friendly.There have been times over the years where I've literally dragged myself in, in an absolute world of hurt and they've sorted me out.I thank my 'lucky stars' that years ago when I turned to the phone book to find a chiropractor close to me in Brisbane not long after moving here that it was Sonia & Co I was lucky enough to find !

With a heavy workload and a couple of interesting dance/sports injuries over the years, the Well and Wise Clinic has become a familiar setting. The reception staff will always greet you with a smile and whether you're there for a relaxing massage, nutritional consultation or an adjustment with Sonia herself, it is definitely a step towards getting your health on track and keeping it there.
