Poor communication. Waited for someone to turn up at 11am. No show so I called the office at 12pm only to be told they must have been held up. 12:45pm received message stating that it is to far to travel to take on the job. So I've wasted half a day for nothing. Very Poor Communication. Not the best way to run a business.I'm Sure that the quality of workmanship would be great going by the other reviews.

I recently hired J James Painting Contractors to undertake the task of painting both the internal and external walls of my home, and I must say that I was highly impressed with their services. They also gap filled nail holes around the window seals and sanded them to perfection, which was a job well done.The team was highly experienced and reliable, and they finished the project within a very short time frame, which is quite impressive. Building a house with GJ Gardner. They used JJames Painters for our house. Where do i start. Over paint on every window sill, cornice, skirting borad. Paint chips all over the walls. Top of every door wasnt painted. Outside was only one coat tried to go the cheap way out. Just did out defect walkthough and GJ have to pretty much paint the whole house again.
