Very honest, thoughtful, just an all round nice, genuine guy. Really cares about his customers, his business reputation and his quality of service. Went in with my mate who was looking for boots (didn't have his size) Thought I'd grab a luggage net. He didn't have one. Ended up walking out with a fine looking set of wets and ordered myself a pair of boots. Great shop with the best quality products, not your standard 100% chineseum!! Simon is a gem. Sorted me out and we had a good yarn about all sorts. A pleasure! :)

Went in yesterday to get a pair of winter gloves, and had a great experience, shop owner was a genuine guy, very helpful, great customer service I would of liked to have stayed longer but had to go pick up the kids. I'd recommend going there

Outstanding personable customer service and well priced quality gear from a consistently top-notch small business. I've been back to Simon from Picture Me Rollin three times in the past year, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.The first time I walked into the shop, was as a brand-new motorbike L rider after a helmet and gloves. The owner Simon was fantastic. He took the time to help me try 10+ different helmets and insisted on double-checking so I'd end up with one that fits perfectly (I ended up getting a black RXT full-face). He worked with me to make sure I found the best option within my budget - there was no upselling, just lots of useful info (he explained helmet types, safety standards, fit techniques etc). As I also needed gloves I got a fantastic combined price - under what I could have found online. (I bought CLOVER leather ladies KV2 gloves that fit.. well.. like a glove.)As a novice rider, I also appreciated the candid advice about motorbike equipment that went above and beyond making sales - for example, he talked me out of buying a phone holder, and looked up legislation to show P riders can't use GPS nav while riding.The second time I called Picture Me Rollin was a few months later, after trying jump start my Honda CBR250R's flat battery (for the second time in 2 weeks!) and I decided she needed a new battery. Simon saved me a $100+ NRMA call out fee / mechanic's cost, by calling around and ordering a battery that I could pick up and install myself. He patiently explained in detail how to install it, and even went so far as to lend me the tools overnight - far beyond what was called for.I got a top quality lithium battery, that never goes flat, at a fraction of what I would have otherwise paid a mechanic, and I haven't looked back since. And as a bonus, I now know how to install a battery!My third experience with Picture me Rollin was when I felt ready to start riding on the freeway, and wanted to upgrade my gear accordingly with a jacket. Again, Simon provided top advice and a great price on a gorgeous ladies' CLOVER Summer jacket.I've since recommended Picture me Rollin to other female friends of mine getting into motorbikes.Simon has top-notch gear at remarkably good prices and excellent down to earth advice. Plus it's handy having a reliable small business expert to turn to, when you're new to riding.This place knows bikes, knows gear, and is genuinely invested in their customers' needs  -  I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First class customer service, nothing was too much trouble for Simon. He was very patient when it came to finding the fit for each item that I needed, and he wasn't a pushy salesman either. Thank you for a great experience, I'll definitely be back for my motorbike apparel needs.

Can’t believe the customer service I just received, drove 2 hours to go there and spend big money and was treated like a dog, didn’t want to open the door, didn’t want me in the shop and didn’t even let me look around! Extremely rude and couldn’t wait for us to leave!Will be making sure to tell everyone I know an spread the word to stay away from this mess of a business

This review is a little late, but back when I came in early this year, I was given the most incredible service by Simon. He clearly has buckets of knowledge and expertise and is more than happy to help in choosing the right items.He also goes above and beyond for customers, getting a difficult to find part ordered and also helping to install when I had difficulty doing so, which was so incredibly helpful.Highly recommend going here for both the wealth of experience but also the care given to any and all customers.
