Very disability unfriendly with a lack of seating. Management were helpful with my enquiry and sale, but I doubt anything will be done to improve disability access throughout the store

The fitting rooms could definitely use some better privacy!! Old tacky falling down curtains some of them are so ripped that it leaves gaps big enough to see through!!

Have no idea how you can make half this stuff and sell it this cheap. They always surprise me with what they've got and how cheap it is. Usually fairly good quality too.

The staff member that originally helped us with the balloons was nice but it did take an hour to fill up probably 12 balloons. Then the lady that came over towards the end of the balloons being done felt a bit rude. Balloons are nice but not worth an hour wait

One of the biggest Big W that I've been to. Love the garden section and the plants. They have a huge selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for everyone at affordable and reasonable prices. Attractive displays, fully stocked shelves good customer service, wider aisle, refreshing and clean look and heaps of bargain items makes exploring and shopping here, a joy.

Don't waste your time with same day delivery got charged $15 for same day delivery and it never came that day false advertising can't contact the store because you get the press 1 for this press 2 for this what happened to speaking to a real human I'm taking my business elsewhere

Very disappointed with Big W. They are charging a $15.00 admin fee for lay-bys. Absolutely Shameful., We bought the same product even cheaper through Target, and their admin fee is $3.50. How can Big W justify this fee to customers. Just a rip off. Will shop elsewhere. Atleast Target and Kmart are kind to their customers
