Very noisy, couldn't sleep all night... And a 2 yr old is not an infant as per them... Insurance issues in accommodating a 2 yr old in a room for 3 adults..and magically the insurance issues went away by charging us an extra 50!!

This hotel USED TO BE AMAZING until NEW OWNERS took over only a few weeks ago the service is absolutely appalling I was a regular customer at this hotel along with my family NEVER AGAIN. When you leave the charge ur card without your knowledge or authority I was charged $50 to my card after leaving when called the property to ask why the ACCUSED us of smoking in the room I don’t smoke never have I told them I’ve stayed many times with no problem before. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be charged extra on ur card when you leave. Also there was no hot water in my room which was room 8 when u bought this to the attention of staff was meet with oh sorry told them I had items from the mini bar the lady couldn’t even calculate the cost she apologised and said I’m not good at maths can you add it up for me. Also the beautiful hot breakfast that used to be on offer is gone the NEW OWNERS got rid of that. So disappointed we used to absolutely love this hotel it was a hidden gem not sure how long the new city folk owners will last in a tiny town with the attitude they have!!!

Large room, clean but older furnishings with kitchen facilities.

Stayed there overnight for a little more than 12hours during our trip to Queensland. Clean morel, with all the basic amenities. Well maintained, quiet.. perfect when you want a rest. Provisions and amenities were ample. The view is lovely About Maclean itself, a beautiful village. definitely recommend a stroll along riverside in the evening, listening to cows mooing in the countryside. Best way to refresh yourself while on a road trip

This is one of the best motels we've stayed at, much better than the big expensive city places.The room we stayed in was very well appointed, it's an older motel but so clean and so comfortable.Great beds, great shower, great location.The towels were amazing !!We liked it so much we extended our stay.Highly recommend.

A comfortable overnight stay with a fantastic view of the river. I’ve heard from word of mouth that the family are fantastic, and the rooms were well kept.It is worth driving an extra hour past Coffs Harbour for this. Maclean town is amazing and has all the amenities you need without the chaos of tourists.

Great room with all necessary amenities. Clean. Great price . Friendly owners/managers. There was some traffic noise but nothing too bad.

Pros: nice BBQ area and pool, laundry at a campsite nearby (coins operated), supermarket in walking distance, sufficient and big parking slots, nice breakfast and ownersCons: loud from car noise from the street
