I have seen some many people have some concerns about the staffs here but my experience is out of the moon. They are so wonderful. It’s been two weeks I have been calling them and now I visited for my wife. The whole process was done with care and love. Just wondering is there any management issues that triggered the customers have a bad experience or just one person!! I love to mention suzean who was able to squeeze us in. I hope they can keep maintain their service and value for their clients as high as possible. This place is in wonderful location, and plenty of parking back of the shop.

Customer service is extremely pathetic. Asked for a service which i was not aware that they do not provide, and the lady went ballistic for no reason.

Very unprofessional staff, when I book my ultrasound sound appointment yesterday they book me today for whole ultrasound from my left shoulder and left forearm muscles , when I turned up today at my appointment the receptionist said to me we only able to the shoulder ultrasound today not able to do it left forearm , coz the person who supposed to be to it left forearm he is off today , then when I said you supposed to be tell me before rather then you waiting for me turn up after that receptionist said ok the lady will the both as per requested by the doctor, then at the end they done half and then they said we already explain to you we only able to the half ultrasound today , you need to booked an another appointment, such a disgusting very rude and unprofessional staff and big lier, never want to go up there again, please try to avoid them for wasting your time friendly advise to all people

Very quick service doesn’t had to wait.

Easy access for person in wheel Chair.Was told report would be available same day by receptionist in the morning. I called to check to see if ready a little earlier, but was told would not be ready same day. The lovely receptionist Grace told me she would fax results to GP. This was much appreciated as I was coming from other side of Sydney. Did not get what I was promised but I was offered a solution. Grace is the type of employee everyone deserves.

The service here is absolutely rubbish. When picking up results it's suddenly 'misplaced'. What unreliable business is this? Once i called up to book two appointments. The absolutely disgusting and condescending attitude i recieved on the other line was unacceptable. I just wanted to clarify the instructions that were given. The receptionist was rude, exhaling rudely when i asked her to repeat herself. So unbelievably rude, no common sense of what customer service looks like. Waste of time coming here because even the staff don't seem to know how to do the actual ultrasound needing multiple tries to get it right. No stars.

I dunno know how they got 2.4stars. The service they provide is worse than any other facility around Sydney. And their reports take ages. Won't even recommend it to my enemy.Does anyone know why it's still running? :( :(

Extremely bad customer service. This company doesn't even deserve one star. The reception lady is Lebaneses. She is very rude and blames the customers, directly says it is the customer's fault" and tells customers off in front of their face. Prefers not to help and will chit chat with others inseat of giving services to customers. She is an absolute m*****."
