I have now completed 2 projects with Integrity Developments - a triplex and a quadruplex development - both a mix of townhouses and villas. I have been so delighted with the design and workmanship that I am now discussing with Integrity the renovation of my own home. Of particular value was the attention to the design and the clever use of natural light and airflow. I highly recommend Integrity Developments.

Integrity has have just finished converting our single title block with an old home to three separate titles and we cannot praise them more highly for their fantastic service. They ensured the process went smoothly and efficiently and kept us in the picture at all times. Their business operates with the highest level of integrity and we can state absolutely that you will not need to look any further should you want to develop your real estate. Integrity Developments went above and beyond with the design and construction of my new home.The space was thoughtfully designed. I love the raked ceilings which makes the open plan living to feel spacious with lots of natural light.Kelvin is polite and professional and always answered my numerous questions in a timely manner. Throughout the building process he always ensured I was updated regularly and organised multiple viewings of the property.The overall finishes of the home are of a high standard and the ongoing communication and services Integrity provide are exceptional.I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with to develop my first home.

Integrity Developments cleverly transformed our single block into a quadruplex development, with 4 quality built homes that were quickly sold.They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning - assisted with choosing the right block, arranged subdivision and titles, provided a great design, looked after everything from start to finish, kept us updated throughout and produced 4 quality homes in a timely manner.The designer did an amazing job, ensuring the homes, though small in size, felt spacious and full of light. The finishes were of a high standard and we couldn't be happier with Integrity's personal service and their quality end product.We would not hesitate in recommending Integrity Developments to anyone wishing to develop their property and/or build their home.

The company is fairly good, however I found at times they can be rude and I disliked the tone I felt it was inappropriate at best. Thought I would share a screenshot to help others understand.

Integrity provide an exceptional service.For my first and second projects; Integrity quoted less than their big name competitors and completed construction both under budget and ahead of schedule. Furthermore, Integrity provided excellent support from their staff throughout the whole project and delivered very high quality turnkey homes.I hope to work with Integrity again in the future and I strongly recommend Integrity for your business too.

We used the Integrity team first for our new home (completed 2018), then again for a triplex development (completed 2022).Firstly our home was built on a difficult block, with the land sloping away from front north western corner to opposite south eastern corner quite dramatically. Integrity’s first set of designs took into account the difficulties of the block, minimised retaining costs, and resulted in a great three-tiered backyard which we love. I reckon ours is the best home on the street. They were knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested at each stage.When we went to do the triplex development the govt stimulus had pulled to bits the WA building industry and we found ourselves at the mercy of market price increases, lack of supply and trades, and time delays. The Integrity team got us out the other end with a great product and at reasonable cost. The business owners jumped in and ensured project delivery. I am very thankful and relieved for their tireless efforts, diligence and perseverance.

We couldn't be happier with the work Integrity Developments did in subdividing our property and building our family's new home. Despite us empbarking on this project in arguably the worst time (2021) given the unprecedented situation in the industry, Kevin, Steve, Nicole and the rest of the team were able to provide great communication and support throughout the entire process. They were especially helpful in navigating the complexities of a subdivision and keeping the project on schedule despite the extreme shortages of labour and materials. The team was always available to answer any questions we had and their expertise in the field was evident throughout the process and in the final product. They built us a home that was not only beautiful, but functional for our family's needs. We are extremely satisfied with our new home and the entire experience of working with Integrity. We are so very happy with our new homes and extremely thankful we chose Integrity Developments to be with us on this journey. Once building commenced we were placed in the hands of the best ever building supervisor Charlie, he is a very special man whose years of knowledge as a builder and hours of patience as a dad were tested having me as a client! During the build if there was something than he felt we needed to be consulted about he never hesitated to give us a quick call. The Integrity team of subcontractors were great, providing such a professional service and quality finishes. As always when building anything the budget is so important, Steve Burns is the reason our homes were built on time and on budget. We talk to our friends about our building experience and it is all positive – we feel so spoiled to have only done this once and been so fortunate to have used the best builders in Perth, you have exceeded our expectations every step of the way.
