Never seen such unprofessional behaviour between two blokes on a job site one is the boss and company owner!!! They worked on a big job outside of Adelaide and always fighting and yelling aggressively at each other they are father and son which makes there behaviour in front of other tradies and companies on site and around the towns was shocking we were speechless at what they were saying and accusing each other of. Cant count how many fights they had!!!! not a good work environment so uncomfortable we all felt the tension extra stress and couldnt wait for the job to be done. Bunch of us will never work with them again even if paid millions. Heaps of locals never want them back. They didnt stop fighting outside of work hours too drinking yelling and fighting at the pub most nights. Dont recommend this company at all. They had workers that dont have proper OHS certificates tickets or training for working such a dangerous and expensive job my mate who also worked same site he said the son had never worked in the field before, didnt know what he was doing wasnt trained or qualified but was left in charge, he was rude with no idea what he was doing and wouldnt take advice from people who know what their doing. job was behind time and over budget and still had issues functioning properly. Will never recommend them or share a work site with them.
