Just came down with a set of donations on the trailer, neatly boxed and labelled, all in good order. I was rudely told by the bloke at the door (I clearly interrupted his cigarette) that they wouldn't be taking any of it and to take it away, then went back to his smoke. He hadn't so much as looked at or asked what was in there. In any case, no need to be flat rude when someone tries to do the right thing.

I thought charity was supposed to be all about hospitality and kindness. I came here to donate some of my clothes at 4:24 pm there were 3 Ladies inside none of them said hi or hello or even thanked me instead they were so cold to me.I work in hospitality and I'm also doing community service right now. They have a lot to learn. Never going there again and I will also tell my friends not to go there too.

My family and I drove down to drop off a few bags of clothes. The lady out the front directed us around the back of the shop which was very convenient. The lady who received our clothes was lovely. She gave a little Christmas stamp to our 5 year old which he loved. It was good for him to have such a positive experience recycling our old clothes. Thanks Good Sammy's.

No stock left that isn’t gold seal. I used to shop here to get clothes I could afford but now is all too expensive and cheaper to buy clearance in actual stores that doesn’t have holes etc.

The best op shop I have ever been too!The atmosphere and staff are amazing. The stock is like I’ve never seen, some really great finds. Everything is fairly priced. Beautifully run store.

Excellent shop, very clean, great choice of items and reasonably priced. Staff are very polite and helpful and the banter I heard between the staff was hilarious. It was thoroughly enjoyable to listen to and is one of the best Sammy’s stores I’ve visited. I’ll be back for sure!

Said the store opened at 8.30am. Drove half an hour to bring some amazing donations. Arrived at 8.40pm. Was told we weren't allowed to drop donations off until 9am. Literally wouldn't take one bag of really nice antiques and brand new shoes. Your loss guys

Not recommended. I have visited many Good Sammy stores in Perth, when I go past, but this one is probably my least favorite Good Sammy store. It used to be cheap and friendly, but has recently become expensive, with a few hostile elderly women working in the shop. This place is a charity and I think that they have forgotten that principle. I don't think that I would ever want to visit there again.

Good Sammy Osborne Park Op Shop & Containers For Change
Store content is pretty good though I find some of the staff very 'loud', having loud conversations with each other across the store, without acknowledging their customers. Not sure how to describe it...you feel ignored. Not all the staff were like this, just 2 or 3 today...very late in the arvo in the last hour of trading. I hate coming away from an opshop feeling like this.
