This is a review of the service I have received from Castran Gilbert’s property manager, Gabby Mercuri, who I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with over the past 4-5 years. She was a great communicator, very assessable and always got things done when she said she would. Very refreshing to see, especially compared to some of the experiences I’ve had with property managers in the past.

terrible agency that do not know what they're doing. 1) after tenant vacated they did not put it back up on for rent 2) they failed to pay council rates for 4 years despite me instructing them to and incurred hefty fines, then claimed they are not responsible despite me having email proof. they just take money and do bare minimum. if they can't even manage rental, I wouldn't trust them to sell my properties for me.

I've bought and sold many properties, delt with many agents. Lachlan Castran is the most efficient and effective I've come across. Great work Lachie!

Castran Gilbert is the most professional real estate agency I have ever come across. I bought an investment property from Castran Gilbert 5 years ago and was highly impressed with how they communicated and transacted with me. They offered to take care of my rental and when I compared they were the most thorough, and understood my requirements. Since then I have added another investment and could not be happier. Gabby Mercuri my property manager is highly recommended. She is articulate, her attention to detail is flawless and her communication skills are outstanding. I feel so comfortable with Gabby as she takes the time to ensure I am a happy client. I am never kept in the dark and Castran does everything possible to ensure my properties are well looked after with creditable tenants. I recently purchased a Curve Apartment (off the plan) for an investment through Sharif Islam of Castran Gilbert. I wasn’t intending to purchase an apartment but went with my partner who was looking for an apartment for her mother. As soon as I walked through the door, the welcoming I got from Sharif was something words cannot explain, it felt like I was walking into his own personal home from the warm welcome, talking a bit further with Sharif and with his professionalism, I was sold on getting an apartment, this in the first instance is an investment but may even become my place of residence. I have dealt with real-estate/sales people before but this was different, at no time was Sharif pushy, it was not just a sale to him and it did not feel that he was trying to rip me off, Sharif took the time to explain the property, the contract and even made some changes free of charge. Sharif was such a professional that I even thought about purchasing another apartment but Sharif suggested I try elsewhere and not put all my eggs in one basket, this to me shows the calibre of a person, he is not there to just make a sale and take your money. I will definitely be contacting Sharif for any further property investments. Castran Gilbert has a great member of their team in having Sharif.Keep up the great work. Shayne.

Ella became our rental agent in June this year and in the first week of her role, had to take on a tremendously difficult issue with our tenant.
