Had a terrific experience with Mt. Gravatt Mazda. Our sale person Jackson was courteous knowledgeable patient and easy going. No pressure or pushy sales tactics! Not inly Jackson but every employee was helpful and went out of there way to endure we were taken care of and comfortable all conditions typically met by the salesperson only. It made purchasing our new car not only fruitful but enjoy. Every concern met with careful and understanding.Highly recommended.

I have purchased many new cars in my life. Previous car (September 2021) was from Mazda Southport with who I would have given maybe one star as their customer service was very poor!Where as dealing with Mount Gravatt Mazda was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Mt Gravatt Mazda,I purchased my new Black Mazda CX-5 GT SP a couple of weeks ago and drove away with the car on the NSW long weekend, I have to say that the team at Mt Gravatt was exceptional in service, friendliness and attention to detail. Dealing with Robert and especially Olivia for the last couple of weeks was amazing in itself and I would highly recommend you ask for Olivia in her services with obtaining a new car.She was knowledgeable, understanding and never too sick to have a chat for advice. She made my whole experience stress free from the purchase to getting a permit and finally signing the papers to drive out the door.As for Robert, thank you for making my family and I very welcome to walk into Mazda, for taking care of us with coffee and a few bikkies to go with it. We never felt pressured to purchase anything immediately or to try and upgrade. They listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to deliver.
