The last 6 or 7 times I've tried to go here to pick up some late night items we ran out of, milk, maybe some meat, little things, I'm rudely reminded that the opening hours have been changed to 9 instead of 10 pm, you know, like how every other coles is open till 10 or later outside of malls. Almost as bad as the Liqourland closing at 7.

Lovely big store, but once inside the coles store disappointed at lack of available stock and the deli was closed at 8:30pm. I couldn't get up and down the aisles because the night packers were too busy talking and taking up the whole aisle with their cages. Disappointed with this experience here. Maybe I should go during the day.

The deli packs up way to early, especially chicken, and you can see what they have in stock because the labels are falling off all the plastic. There are things I can get at other coles that these guys seem to run out of all the time. Sopressa salami how do you guys run out on a Friday but I can go to wallsend or cessnock and it does seem to be an issue. I have made a run Into cessnock a number of times now because north rothbury has run out of stock. Whoever does the ordering here has no idea what their doing. I really want woollies to open here coles has dropped the ball
