Jamison Flowers

After being disappointed repeatedly by the 'big name' florists, we turned to our favourite local florist Jamison Flowers to enquire if they could work with us for the arrangements for our wedding in February. To our surprise, Rosie and her team were more flexible, more professional, more cost-effective and most importantly had the most beautiful flowers out of anyone! We were kept informed and assured throughout the whole process, and never felt like anything could go wrong. The flowers on the day looked magnificent and definitely captured the atmosphere of the dream wedding we were hoping for. Thank you to Rosie and everyone at Jamison Florist :)

The flowers were beautiful but the delivery person was abusive.I was unexpectedly sent flowers for my birthday through this florist. I knew nothing about it and was interrupted by a call during my birthday lunch to tell me they were at my home wanting to deliver flowers. I couldn’t leave so I asked them to just leave them outside. They refused to do that and said they would rather come back on a later day. I said ok. They changed their mind and refused to do that. I said I could come back in a hour, which was a pretty big concession on my part for an unexpected delivery during my birthday lunch. That suggestion was unacceptable. I asked what the options were. They became abusive and told me I wasn’t sufficiently appreciating that they were at my house now to deliver flowers. I asked if they wanted me to drop everything and come there. I then received a torrent of abuse for my ‘attitude’.They completely ruined my entire birthday and the flowers were just a very unpleasant reminder of the abuse they gave me so I had to chuck them. Even looking at them was very upsetting for me. Probably not the effect the person sending them wanted. I sincerely wish I had not been sent these flowers and hope to never hear from these horrible people again.Do not use this florist unless sending to someone you want to be abused. Actually don’t even do that, as deserves to be treated like that. I hope this review gives the business an opportunity to reflect on their behaviour and make some changes to how they do things.

Every time I’ve purchased flowers from here over the last maybe 15 years, they’ve always been the most unique and aesthetic arrangements. The recipients always seem to compliment them more than when I’ve gotten flowers from elsewhere. Staff are always just so lovely and prices are very very reasonable. Highly recommend for when you want to brighten someone’s day or show appreciation.

The helpful, friendly and funny ladies will create an arrangement that looks stunning and tailored to your preferences. I usually choose the flowers I like and then the artists will arrange them perfectly. 100% recommend Jamison Flowers for any occasion, i am NEVER disappointed!
