Highly recommended...very helpful staff members..especially Amrit was very kind, informative & calm. He explained me the policy in a very clear & precise way which I was not able to understand before. The waiting can be a bit longer though in the queue but when it's your turn they won't hassle you.

It’s 2.10pm. One staff member with a customer and 2 lots of people waiting. Not a safe work environment for a lone female enclosed in a cubicle..

Such a terrible experience!!!! My boyfriend Waited for 1.5 hours and they said it’s nearly close time then asked him to come back tmr?????? My boyfriend just too kind so he left, i will definitely complain the staff who said that!!!! You should help the customer who’s already in the store!!! Especially those who waited for 1.5 hour!!!!!I have been using bupa for 5 years same as my boyfriend, we decided to no longer use bupa cause today terrible experience!! It’s just too stupid to be true!!!

This Five Star review is for Mr. Amrit Srestha..I am really impressed for his quality service. I have never seen such person who can explain the policy such a way which make easy for us to understand and he always helps us to get the best outcome from the policy. His service is beyond the professionalism.. he always gives adequate time to us, every time we left this centre with smile on our face. Whenever I visit to Bupa Casuarina, even i have chance to talk with someone, but we always wait for him, as we know he will give us the best service.Thanks Mr. Amrit … Thanks Bupa.
