They lost our order for a replacement dishwasher part and didn't convey this to us. Meanwhile we were needlessly hand-washing dishes. No apology provided. Customer service lady sounds like she's addicted to pain killers.

Good experience: we bought replacement knobs for the stove but, as much as we tried, and although they were supposed to be universal, we were not able to use them because they were standing too high on the stove. So we brought them back and, although they were a bit surprised they refunded us! They have a great choice of products and although mainly targeted to traders they are able to take care of non specialist customers.

Always have what i want in stock and for a very reasonable price. Easy to deal with great fast service!

Hey guys I bought some part from them and it’s faulty when put in the system and came back explained to them and they said we will send part back to supplier and check it will take 4 weeks. Then will return your money if its faulty. Mean while can buy one new one and pay for this as well. How’s that possible if customer come back with product either they have to replace it immediately or pay him back. Why the he’ll customer wait for there test. Who going to now weather they admit there fault or not after 4 weeks. Simple advice do not buy any one from them and please stopped other people as well. They are rubbishThere is no rating below 1 which i love to give them in negative. Hold my nearly $300 and want to pay another $300 for same partWhat a joke
