I utterly LOVE Supudupu - I have been going for years and all of the staff are incredible. They are ALWAYS on time, their after-shampoo shoulder massages are incredible and they are all brilliantly professional and experienced. I am currently transitioning from my colour treated black hair to my now natural grey (salt and pepper") and I couldn't be happier with the results.And I forgot to mention that they are the most reasonably priced salon on the entire Lower North Shore. Do yourself a favour and make a booking!"

I've been coming here for 5ish years and every single time for the last 2 years I've gone for permanent straightening it's been terrible. Having to go back 2 times (3+ hours each time) to have it done properly when it should've been done correctly the first time. After going 2 weeks ago, it honestly looks like it hasn't been done. In addition, they charged me over $100 extra than the price noted on their website. The hair stylist this time didn't even speak to me around price/what she was going to do before she started. Unprofessional. Won't be going back.

I decided to make a drastic change in my hair, and hairdresser was attentive and executed what I asked her. Plenty times she check with me if the length and volume was right. Glad to find a hairdresser who really values what the customer wants and not what THEY think is aesthetic. Will return and loved the scalp massage! Price standard and reasonable for the area and what I got.

Terrible service, would not recommend. Went in for hair straightening, which was done ok, but the hair cut was atrocious. It was completely uneven at the back. When I called them and sent photos, the manager, Takumi, acknowledged the poor hair cut but would not negotiate to find a solution. Very poor customer service, will not go back.

One of the rare places in Sydney with head and shoulder massage along with hair cut. The massage technique was on the soft and gentle side with dancing fingers on the shoulders. Hair cut was good and I liked that they were on time even on Christmas Eve. My hairdresser lamented my hair was very thick, and indeed I was charged for it - $85. If you spend $300 and collect 10 stamps ($30 each), you get $10 off. Not sure if I’ll be back as it is on the pricier side..

Being a long term customer was disappointed in my last visit 2 wks ago for a recolour /trim. Difficulty with young lady who apologised later for her bad behaviour but left unhappy with the trim which over thinned my already loss of hair - unfortunately cannot return in the future.

Kind staff, nice price and they add a scalp and shoulder massage. Nice green tea. Very relaxing experience.
