PRP Diagnostic Imaging Erina

I had an appointment booked for a month in advance, confirmed the day before at 8am. Then by text message I was informed it had to be moved to another day. Pretty unbelievable as the clinic had plenty of time to inform me of a change. Considering that most people have to go to work and take a day off for these appointments it’s not acceptable.Won’t be using your services ever again

Called for a fitness testlady on ph said she needed the Doc referral b4 she can bookfastest appointment was in Toukley Monso i sent by email, no response

Reception staff are confrontational, petty and go out of their way to be rude.When I explained that I hadnt been told about the gap on an ultrasound but was okay with it anyway, as I went to take a seat the receptionist went into my file to look for notes to see that yes, it had in fact been explained to me over the phone when I booked. A completely pointless and petty comment to make when I had already agreed to the gap.EDIT: The staff member in question's name was Kathryn.EDIT 2: It also bears mentioning that all the other staff were lovely.

I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the PRP Erina branch. I had a Mammogram done there on 17th April, When I came out and went to the desk a girl on the lefthand side served me. I asked if my Films and reports could be sent to your North Gosford Branch, as this would be so much easier for me, as I am Disabled. She said yes, she would send them and that they would phone me when they were ready to be picked up. I said I would make an appointment with my GP in about 2 weeks time. I had that appointment today. I still had not had the phone call.? So, I phone PRP N/Gosford, they said that they didn't have them?? They phone Erina and yes, they still had them! So, I had to drive all the way over there from Ourimbah and then drive to Wyoming to the GP, in time for my appointment. I am not at all impressed with your lack of service, especially when I had to pay $277 for the Mammogram. Please give that girl a talking to! She had dark hair about 23 years old and shortish and a little solid. Thank you, Mrs. H. Roberts

Let you wait for ages without an excuse. How is their time more valuable than mine?! 25 min wait for a booked appointment. Never again!

Dr Khoury has just done my 2 x occipital Nerve Block for my Migraines. He was so Gentle and very understanding of my nervousness.Elise was very helpful and advised what to expect etc after the nerve block.Great customer Service.Thank youLouise Haggerty

Have used PRP on many occasions for X-Ray , MRI etc . Each time my experience has been great . From the clerical staff / Radiographers/ Radiologist etc they have been efficient and very professional. Thanks again PRP .

I went there for an ultrasound on my flank, the guy that did my ultrasound was very thorough and professional as well as being friendly. There was no waiting, and everyone knew their job. Parking can be a bit difficult at times but I got there early just to be sure. They charged me $179 and I got $90 back. I had not realized that you can shop around and get the best price so there are so many imaging places on the coast next time I might try a few first. All in all a good experience.
