Couldn't fault this shuttle service. Picked us up at the airport within 10 mins of our flight arriving. Gave us some tips on what to do, where to go, etc. Extremely helpful. Picked us up on-time at our hotel & had us to the airport within 10 mins. Couldn't have asked for a better driver & service. Would definitely recommend Coral Sea Coaches to anyone coming up to Cairns. Price was $45, for 2 people, return.

Highly recommend as pick up and drop to Cairns Airport. Our driver was a Cairns local of over 70 years and was happy to share tips and advice to local attractions. Very friendly helpful and a true gentleman.

Booked and paid for a round trip online .Two hours later received notification from my credit card company that the reservation was cancelled and my money was being refunded less two dollars. Coral Sea did not respond to my email asking why. What a great way to make money. Book, cancel, and keep part of the money. Do not even need to own a shuttle.

Absolutely disgusting service. They are happy to leave 2 young females stranded at the Cairns airport. After being rude, demeaning and condescending demanded a parking fee if we attempt a refund. Completely upset and stuck here, strongly DO NOT recommend.

I went to book via paypal and didn't press pay as I had other options open on PC. Not long after I get a grouch potato calling me intimidating me to book and why didn't I go through with the payment, he didn't let meexplain as he was so rude. This is Cairns customer service in the tourist industry he should know better. He kept on for 6 mins 40 secs and thought I was getting a great deal for $35.00 for 5 people but he didn't read his own fine print - Last shuttle departs Cairns Airport at 17:45. I was to arrive 10.20pm .His attitude was disgusting and I'm not a tourist. This is why you are reading this now you made me do it- NAME AND SHAME!!

Coral Sea Coaches have twice provided our family with outstanding service with our transfers between Cairns and Palm Cove. They are always punctual with high quality vehicles and drivers who are friendly and courteous. During our return to Cairns, our driver went out of his way to return my cardigan and son's drink bottle that I had left on the shuttle on our arrival in Palm Cove. I have no hesitation in recommending Coral Sea Coaches.

Spoke to the driver about the way he was driving, condescending reply, followed my car in a dangerous manner in the wet with a bus full of passengers. Didnt want to listen to my advice on safe driving. All he could say was dont you know the speed limit"Wouldnt recommend his services at all. Very poor example of professionalism"

The driver was prompt, helpful, and very knowledgeable - he gave us a little tour of Cairns on our drive to our hotel. The price was the most reasonable that I came across and the service was absolutely excellent; I have no hesitation recommending Coral Sea Coaches.

Rob was great, organised a shuttle for me to port Douglas, at short notice and when I arrived earlier he was able to change the pick up time! He gave me lots of travel tips and interesting info about Cairns and it ended up being a really fun trip!
