I brought my car in for a not-at-fault rear bumper fix and I am VERY HAPPY.Firstly, they were FASTER than BMW at getting my car booked in (whilst still being busier) and handled the entire conversation with RACQ insurance. They are VERY RESPONSIVE and PROFESSIONAL.Only took 4 days to get my car back and it looks brand new in the back. They returned the car to me cleaner than when I gave it to them.The staff are very friendly and lovable. Paul took us through the workshop and entertained my curiosities about the painting process.They will take on any fix no matter how hard, and continue to be THE SHOP to send your car for any body-work. They frequently fix other body shops' repair attempts because they are simply better and take great pride in their work.Thank you Paul and Mark for your exceptional service and friendliness. The best panel shop in Brisbane, I had to repaint the complete rear end of my Toyota Landcruiser 200 due to gravel road damage. Joe went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb identifying multiple stone chips, his experience in this industry is priceless. Joe also communicated with my insurer to get the best results possible. If your shopping around for a panel beater, give Joe a call first before making your final decision, you won’t be disappointed.

I needed two separate quotes from The Bump Shop- one for a not-at-fault collision and one for door damage that I was responsible for. They worked with me to make this a seamless, painless process. I ended up getting all repairs done in the same week. The Bump Shop took charge of most communication related to the insurance claim and accompanying car rental for the week. The quote for my personal repairs was accurate and all information was clearly communicated to me. I received great customer service from Mark and Leo.But most importantly, my car looks fantastic! Almost the entire left side needed work and now it is flawless.

I was thrilled when I picked up my 2008 WRX Sti recently after The Bump Shop had completed repairs to my car. All it needed was a big bow and I would have thought that I was taking possession of a new car. The team were very professional and helpful and the finish on the car is stunning. I visited the Bump Shop this afternoon to get a quote for some minor damage to my car. I spoke with Paul who was very professional, helpful and friendly. He had a look at the damage and said it could be fixed in 10 mins right there and then if I would be happy to have it sanded and touched up at no cost. Paul also offered to do a full panel beating job on the damage if I preferred. I was so impressed with the touch up why would I do any more. Before and after photos attached.Thank you Paul.
