It's a mixed feeling with this Kmart, some staff members are great, but some are already annoyed from u before u even speak and some would give u a flashback of 1970's movies where a character is racially profiled and they put up a show of passive racism lol. The aisles and clothes can be scattered at times, but can blame them much due to how busy the place is generally.

nice store, good range but very poor with click and collects, just go in and get the items if you can, much easier and less hassle. especially after being told they forgot my order. waited almost 25 hours for it

I just have to say, the customer service at Kmart Queanbeyan was amazing. So much more friendly & helful than Tuggeranong, ACT.Justen at the checkout was so friendly & accommodating. He could see I was struggling, so offered to scan for me.The lady at the door was so friendly & helpful.Store was neat & tidy.

We love going to kmart for its competitive prices. This is a big store and has every thing possible from clothing to camping. I love the variety in the stock and that it is fast paced. I have been there with friends and family and I believe it is a one stop shop for all your needs in Queanbeyan / Canberra

Absolutely disgusting Customer service at the register. I had 4 items and was waiting to be served, when another customer walked past saying she was going to use the self checkout and then a female staff member standing there took her over to a counter and processed her purchase for her at a normal check out. I had been standing there for more than 5minutes and this staff member completely ignored me. Absolutely appalling behaviour by the female staff member and when I asked why she served the other customer before me, she said it was because I had more than 1 item!Staff need have more respect for customers and serve people in order of those who are at the front of the line.It is no wonder that customers get angry at the staff if this is how they are treated!

If you know what you are looking for, or you buy online for pickup in-store, it is very convenient. Lots of party supplies & great toy selection. Staff are not very knowledgable on what products they have (rely on codes provided). It has been disappointing to see young managers talk down to their junior staff - it certainly made my visits feel a little uncomfortable.
