Nice venue. Toilet is literally 5-steps from where I was sitting inside the room itself. Parking isn’t an issue.Most of all, Graham H is hilarious and at the same time spot on with his lectures. He’s very knowledgeable of these First aid and CPR courses.

Shannon was very experienced and the class was very informative and the practical hands on was great. Precise and to the point. Even going every year I still learn something new. Shannon has a great teaching technique and I'm excited to see her next year. Many thanks I walked out feeling confident. Shannon was also empathetic to my needs.

Very professional teacher. Passing on very important knowledge onto the the students. Great class participation getting involved in the lessons. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great eye contact with everyone sitting in the room. Highly recommended and asked for any questions and could give helpful advice.

I just love Australia Wide 1st aid.I've been doing my 1st aid and CPR for about 8 years,the best years being with Australia Wide.My trainer Andrew,(who I also had last year) is just so knowledgeable and very funny.He makes you feel very comfortable while giving great information.Well done to Australia 1st aid.

I thought the presentation was well done. Moved at a good pace, lots of detail and useful information included, as the the trainer was ex ambulance officer. ( apologies cannot remember his name). I Have used AWFA for 8 years would highly recommended to anyone requiring first aid training.
