extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of how my blood work was taken. The lady there was rough, didn’t ask for my details upon walking in and left me very bruised and sore after my appointment. Won’t be going back.

I wouldn't even give this one star.. what a joke!It was a Thursday and I went straight in after seeing a doctor, the lady told me I had to fast which was fine so I went back in Friday morning.The same lady then told me one of the tests could only be done mon-thurs but proceeded to do the other tests. I'm going to add this lady was far from friendly and really needs do some serious work on her bedside manner!So I go back in in Monday morning however the lab was closed.I called up Tuesday afternoon to ask if they were open however they close at 1pm.So 4th attempt on Wednesday, I head in about 11.30 and surprise surprise they are closed today.I am new to the area and really not impressed, never have I ever had any problems trying to get a blood test.How ridiculous!
