Jag never did what he had promised to me. I got in touch with him regarding purchasing a land but every time I called him, he said he would give me an answer or update in the afternoon but he never did, I had to checked with him every time on the second day. At the end, after he said he would send me section 32 but he disappeared, no email, no phone call nor message response. Never felt such difficult to get in touch with selling agent. Will avoid him in the further!
