From the very first contact, Paul was prompt with information , advice and quotes as well as being polite and respectful and did not over service as a previous provider had done. Our car repairs were done well and at a fair price. Both Paul and Matt are trustworthy and we left feeling we had at last found a great car mechanic going forward.

In an industry renowned for being dishonest, Paul at Auto Academy, is the polar opposite. Genuine and open, after collecting my vehicle from my work, and a good chat and run-through of my concerns, Paul did a full service, looked into my specific issues, contacted me to discuss and delivered my car back to my work before knock off. We had a good chat again and he filled me in on all the details, in clear, simple terms.I will definitely be back, and I imagine you will see some of my friends and family's vehicles in the coming months guys. This is my first time doing a car service. I know nothing about car stuff but Paul & Matt made my car run smoothly again, and also the car wash was very clean and nice - with very reasonable price. They are friendly. Paul took time to draw a map to the wheel alignment place and explained in simple term why I needed to do that. Will definitely comeback.
