Ordered stairs took 7 months to install after promising many times earlier, the installer was great but enzie themselves don’t go near them - u professional won’t return multiple calls - good product but look elsewhere

Amazing stairs. Great workmanship and eventually good service. We initially had a really bad installer but Enzie eventually sorted this out (and fired the installer). Enzie made us good and kept in touch to ensure everything became perfect. Only use Enzie recommended installers.

Great stairs, not so great service.We ordered a spiral staircase for self installation, when we brought the staircase home to assemble there were pieces missing from the kit and the instructions supplied were outdated and some of the information was incorrect. Enzie said they would send a courier out to us as we live 1.5hrs out of Melbourne, the courier did not arrive until 2 weeks later, meanwhile we had to use an incomplete and unsafe staircase held together with zip ties to access our bedrooms. When the missing pieces did finally arrive, they had sent another customer order. A courier came back a few days later and left the correct pieces, but for some reason did not take back the other customers order.Enzie then contacted us a few days later asking if a courier could come pick up the other customers order, but from my partners work in Melbourne as our house was too far away. My partner is in and out of the office often and doesn't exactly have time to be waiting around for a courier to show up. I am however home most days.The stairs do look great, however the service recieved was sloppy and disorganised.

Absolutely shocking! I had trouble with everything from contacting the rep (never available and never returned calls) order, delivery and install the latter being so bad that part ceiling had to be removed to achieve correct head clearance on the steps! Order was late by few weeks delaying my project, delivery was then lost sent to qld instead of nsw causing further delays, then install was a mentioned but also delayed as parts were missing and installer had other jobs to complete and no other person to do the work. When installer showed up they brought their daughter and father to help! Just a complete train wreck of a company and the owner was very unhelpful with the whole situation which made it all very frustrating! NEVER again and would never recommend! Only just found this review site, job was completed end 2017.

I would not buy a spiral from anyone else. From the start Enzy applied profession in design and attention to detail. This spiral is the most attractive feature in my house. The product has a valid accreditation with the VBA and that is of upmost importance if you are looking for an occupation certificate. The product is easy to install yourself and the workmanship speaks for itself. The people are friendly and always available to assist. I was quoted 12 weeks and they delivered in four. Worth every penny. Can’t be happier

Many thanks to Simon and the team at Enzie Stairs for totally transforming our home. We still do a double-take when we see the stairs. They help with the design and they stick to the timetable. The price is transparent and reasonable for what you end up with. Best of all for me they are willing to instal on a Sunday, which is unheard of but so convenient for working people. That flexibility is really appreciated. They really do go the extra mile. Can't recommend Simon and the team enough.

Tremendous Result ! Beautiful stair is the heart of my home and will be used daily. Professional and diligent process from initial inquiry, to sales, then design, manufacture and finally installation ; each and every step has been an absolute pleasure.

As an architect I've used Enzie stairs for multiple projects now. They are by a long shot the best team to work with. Great products and a great bunch of staff to help out. The quality of their products is brilliant with so many options from simple spirals to custom designed helical stairs it's hard not to put a spiral staircase into my projects these days.
