I have had two moves with this company over the past 6 months, one interstate and one within Queensland. The service has been exceptional in both instances, from the initial bookings to the moves . My possessions were packed and handled with great care - no breakages! Their staff are always approachable and the men on the day were cheery, professional and more than happy to place my furniture as I needed. Highly recommended and I will use them again without hesitation.

Wide Bay Removals
Last weekend we moved from Hervey Bay to Gold Coast and couldn't have been happier with the service from Gordon and Dennis and their guys Mike and Cam. They picked up Thursday at 8am as requested and held furniture on the truck until Saturday morning as we had no keys until then. Nothing was damaged or broken and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Also we had more than quoted for and very happy with the deal from Gordon and the team.

Moved from Victoria to Hervey Bay with a large load from house and shed. We were very happy with the way everything was handled and packed into the truck. The guys were very punctural and professional in pick up and delivery. There were no breakages and we found them to be very good value.

I can not recommend this company highly enough. From the time of the quote, advice given, arrival and safe handling of our belongings to delivery where they went above and beyond. Whilst we’re still unpacking we’re not expecting any breakages as everything to date has arrived undamaged. Great communication all throughout.

This was the second time using local removals Wide bay Removals. The guys arrived on time & were professional, my items were treated carefully, there was no damage to any items moved. Everything was placed where I asked.The move was done quickly. They had to navigate a tricky new build site with no paths, driveway and they even had to scale a small retaining wall. Very difficult but they did it with ease and a smile. I highly recommend Wide Bay Removals and am super happy with their service. Thanks guys!The quote is reasonable comparing to others!

Booked for 10am. By 10.30am no show or phone call. Rang company with no luck at first.Finally got answer. Told running late. I said phone call would of been appreciated. Told be another half hour. No show at 11am. Rang again same story. Finally turned up 11.40. Only 1 guy instead of 2.My grandaughters bf helped him load truck for nearly an hour. Other guy turned up when all was nearly loaded.So my whole morning was wasted. Will never use again.Bad management and inconsiderate.
