What a lovely young man to deal with. Ali's communication and manners are next level. He did double glazed windows and doors for our new build home and we are very happy with his and his team work.

I highly recommend this outstanding company for all your installation needs.The whole team were amazing to deal with and extremely efficient when it came to communication/completing the job.I was beyond satisfied with my glass door, the service was perfect from start to finish!!

This contractor promised the world and never delivered. They totally ruined our commercial project, leaving it unfinished and the work they did do, was such poor quality that a lot of it had to be removed and re-done. They should not be in business.

Excellent products and will definitely be sending them my next job. Really great and helpful staff.

Save yourself the headache and don't use MIR Windows.They took my money, did a terrible job, 50 defects, door and windows wrong size. I'm stuck with painters tape to fill the 10cm window gap, and a plastic sheet instead of a door. Been asking them to fix now for many many weeks. They don't respond or action. Even worse that they know I have a newborn daughter, now only a few weeks old, and with wind howling through my house. My wife, myself and newborn have all got flu due to the cold wind blowing through the house. Absolutely shameful this company. Will be reporting them to the authorities.

They recently finished my Alfresco enclosure and they converted a fixed glass to a sliding glass door for us. Reasonable pricing and great customer service.

Ali has been paid in full and we have had unfinished windows since April. The quality of the windows are extremely poor. How the windows have been fitted is an absolute mess. We have windows the incorrect way around (which they have tried to hide with silicone). Gaps allowing water to come through and parts missing. Ali is very helping whilst getting you to do business but once you are locked in, is rude and patronising and honestly thinks he is the best in the business. Doesn’t take an expert to see such mess! Save your time and your money! Do not use this business.

Ali and his team did a fantastic job. They finished ahead of schedule. High quality at a competitive price.
