I emailed the Warners Bay branch asking for a quote to replace and upgrade the ducts and return air from cream to white. Hannah replied promptly explaining what measurements I would need. I emailed her back with the measurements and in no time Hannah emailed me a quote. I accepted the quote and the job was booked in within days.....that easy.This morning Zack and his co worker came to my house, on time. They were friendly and easy to talk to but, continued to work and do an amazing job. At the end of the job as they were cleaning up they asked me for my vacuum and they vacuumed my entire place in every room they had been in. When they left, it was like they hadnt been, my house was how it was before they arrived.I could not be happier with how this job was managed and easy and quickly it all happened. If I had know it was going to be this easy I would have done the job years ago. Thank you New Age Air Warners Bay.

Reviewing on behalf of someone.Contacted New Age to come and quote/ inspection air conditioner.To who ever answer the phone was straight up rude and not patient at all, wouldn’t listen to what was being said.Seems that however they run the business lacks the skill to communicate affectively.Workers that were suppose to come to property were late without notice and didn’t fix it or give an answer to what’s wrong with air con.Gave a pathetic excuse of an quote and upsell.If your in desperate need to run a business I would suggest better customer service and kindness no matter how many five stars you have :)Also they don’t know how to read or deal with customer feedback.

Just had a new 2.5kw split cycle Mitsubishi air conditioner installed in the main bedroom and could not be happier with the product and service from New Age Air Conditioning. From quote to install they have been very fast with correspondence, getting out to the house, and with installing the system and have maintained high professionalism throughout. I am very pleased with my new aircon and would definitely deal with this company again in the future. Thank you!

These guys are truly the best trade company I've ever dealt with. I have no affiliation with them - did not know them from a bar of soap but they did my sister's air con, she was happy, so I gave them a call. They are like a well-oiled machine: professional, punctual, easy to deal with. Courtesy text messages for booking confirmations as well as before arrival - everyone should be doing this! Watched guys put up two split systems and be done before lunch, neat, tidy... I've worked for small businesses and I have to say, I've never been a part of anything like this. I would wholeheartedly recommend them based on my experience.

I have nothing but a glowing report for this company, from first contact to full installation of my new split system. Their service was prompt coming out the same day to quote and within a week the job was done. The installation crew were knowledgeable, polite and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If I have any further need I will be sure to go through Jason and his team again.

Excellent service. Quick to be installed. Good price. Excellent quality.Only issue was wifi unit wasn't installed on one of our units as requested but once I let them know, they were straight onto getting me booked in to have the problem fixed and the wifi installed.
