From the first contact , you are dealing with friendly and professional staff who make you at ease with the finer details of your cave experience . Beautiful premises and heart rate lowers as soon as you enter . After a busy week or just wanting to zone out I use the float therapy and leave feeling on cloud 9 after my herbal tea upon departure . The infrared sauna is much nicer experience than the traditional sauna and great to sweat it out and detox . I’m hooked and will return regularly.

I've had the pleasure to enjoy so far, 3 of these new Shiatsu massages that City Cave introduced recently. I'm wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing to receive this amazing body work experience with Natasha. Her expertise craft has allowed my mind, body & soul to surrender into a blissful state of relaxation that involves the breath, stretching & pressure points. This place is absolute bliss. I love chilling out with a herbal tea in the relax room before my sauna. During my sauna, I either read a book or Bluetooth an audio book. Then the float.. no pods, just a big open pool. I select music at the star and end and it really sets the tone for a peaceful, meditative, totally relaxing hour. I come out feeling like a new woman. And my skin totally glows!

Absolutely beautiful facilities. Incredibly boujee considering how much you pay for. I had Michelle as my massage therapist and I’ve genuinely never met someone as patient as she is. She had a great understanding of how the muscles interact with either and offers awesome advice on how to prevent aches and pains. Very thankful to have a good quality place for massages.

We had a group of 7 ladies come in for a special afternoon of self care. The team at City Cave Caloundra were amazing. Each one of us had a fabulous massage, spa and sauna and they were able to arrange some beautiful refreshments for us since we were there for a number of hours, enjoying the atmosphere and treatments. Highly recommend!

We did the couples sauna and float.The atmosphere was so relaxing, staff are amazing and the facilities are well maintained and presented perfectly! Beautiful experience, we will definitely be back.. in fact I have already booked another!
