I recently booked in for a mother and daughter session with fantastic results all around.My daughter suffers with extreme growing pains, there isn’t anything a gp can do. After 1 session with Yasmin my daughter slept through the night, that never happens due to the pain.My back was out of alignment, 1 hip about 2.5cm higher than the other. This takes 6 chiropractic visits to realign, Yasmin did it in 1 treatment. I was blown away to say the least.I was also suffering with a cold and a cough and she worked her magic and I immediately had no more mucus and the cough eased, with a 2nd treatment the cough was gone.After having children my body hasn’t been able to regulate, so Yasmin used Bowen to help restore my hormonal system and so far all is good.I also have a bad scar from a childhood operation, Yasmin did some scar tissue repair work on it. I didn’t know that was a thing and with 2 treatments so far, I can feel improvement.Yasmin if fantastic with kids working on them at their pace. My daughter is only 3 and was nervous, Yasmin explained and demonstrated the treatment on her teddy which eased my daughters neves and got her excited about the treatment. She was so excited about going back and hasn’t stopped talking about how fun it was.Yasmin is a very passionate, approachable and understanding Bowen therapist. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I started seeing Yasmin almost 2 years ago, and we met under quite unfortunate circumstances. I was in the brunt of my second lumbar disc herniation within a year and couldn’t walk whatsoever. With Yasmin being kind enough to travel to my home 1-2 times a week for about 3/4 weeks, I was able to slowly start walking on crutches quite quickly. What was a 6-month recovery the first time around, turned into a 3 month recovery the second time. I always say to anyone who asks, the only reason I was able to walk again was because of Yasmin.Over the last 1.5 years, I have been seeing Yasmin routinely every couple of months for back pain or for random little bits and bobs that sometimes bother me. She’s helped me recover from multiple surgeries and has helped my body overcome so much. Without her, I honestly don’t know where I’d be physically.I would recommend Yasmin to anyone and everyone. She is incredibly kind and caring - is willing to do whatever she can to help you in any given moment and I will forever be grateful to her for the help she has given me.

Yasmin is amazing! I first came across BodyStart Bowen from a flyer that was left at the gym where I work. I presented at my first session with my catalogue of issues - everything from jaw pain, headaches and crooked hips to peri menopause, IBS and sleeping issues. Yasmin was great! From the very first session I felt so much better. She really takes the time to understand what’s going on and approaches every session in a caring way. Can’t speak highly enough of Yasmin and the amazing work she does.

Yasmin is a wonderful therapist. My husband could hardly walk when we first met Yasmin. After a few sessions, he’s pretty much back to perfect.

Prior to starting Bowen Therapy, I suffered from Migraines several times a week, now I hardly ever get a Headache. I also suffer from endo, I had severe back and leg pain. Some days I struggled to function but since seeing Jasmin my pain is manageable. I hardly have any back and leg pain anymore. If I stop seeing Jasmin my symptoms slowly return. I have seen Yasmin for three Bowen Therapy treatments. I have Fibromyalgia which I have lived with for over twenty years. I have tried many treatments and nothing seems to help with the pain, the treatment I have received from Yasmin have indeed helped I even have had some good nights sleep.
