Get my hair cut here all the time.always friends and best cuts.Does anyone know where all the staff have gone now they have moved?

Unprofessional, did not pay attention while cutting my hair. I showed pictures of how long I wanted it to be and the guy cut it way too short. Very unhappy.

1 star is too much.Price quoted on the board was $22.00 for a haircut. Upon payment, was charged $25.00. There was nothing additional, but knew that I was hustled. Perhaps due to paying by card instead of cash. Funnily, I was assured that it would be $22.00 next time. Can you imagine? Is this my incentive?No fine details were provided. Everything was with a trimmer with no scissors used at all. Very clinical with no human element. Definitely overworked overwhelmed team. And as a result, you walk out unsatisfied. Never again.

I walked in hoping to cut my hair. After waiting for some time, when it’s my turn, one of the staff said that he was waiting for someone who had an “appointment” and completely ignored me. I decided to go to the shop beside it for just 2 minutes and came back and got told off for leaving lol. What a joke. Other people get special treatment, is it because they’re of the same race (middle eastern)?? Not only that, other people before me got their hair cut probably around 10 mins, and he did mine for 3 minutes only with NO STYLE at all. The sides of my hair was really thin and the middle part was really long. I had to go to another barber to fix it. Also they only accept cash! Should have displayed on a big sign at the cashier!

Refused my nephew to get a trim claimed only serving coffee but clearly cutting other people hair.....

Never going there again...doesn’t understand what is told and know nothing...totally ruined my hairstyle. Would like to give less than 1 star if possible.

I wish I could give less then 1 star. Never going there again I had some expectations from them but they ruined it.0/5 Spoiling customers!

Very bad customer service and minimal care towards the customers opinion. The employees barely speak English. I personally had a terrible experience with them as they didn't listen to me and rushed up the work. I highly recommend not to go their. Thank you

Worst experience...Not recommended ever.

These guys have no idea what they are doing. Every few month I go there for tidy up and I do regret it more than the previous time.
