Good movie I saw, chairs are uncomfortable but worth the price. I will say, we entered and try to play air hockey, no signs or anything saying it’s not working and didn’t receive the disc thing. We ask if we could get a refund ($3) and they said they had no control of giving back money. It’s kind of a scam if they want to get money but like surely it’s smart enough to put a sign if you don’t want issues of customers asking for their money back (I know it’s just $3)I recommend bringing your own metal straws. The plastic straws start to do its thing and after 45 minutes of watching the ads you have to take off the lid cause it’s soggy

We found the food to be delicious, the delivery timing was also on time in Good Class but the pro ring for food and drink is disgusting.The seating was still in good and functioning condition too, recommend to book online ahead of time.

I recently came with my friend to Gold Class for a 9:30am showing of The Little Mermaid. There were no Breakfast Options for food which was a let down.Also when we got into the Cinema I noticed there was leftover popcorn in-between the seats of the chairs which I found bitterly disappointing.

It was a great experience going to Gold Class ( a drink in the bar before the movie, reclining chairs and having your food and drinks brought to you while the movie is on ), but there was a few things that made me not give it five stars. The price when you add food and drinks makes it a really expensive night. My salt and pepper squid was restaurant quality, but my husband's chicken pizza was cold with hardly any topping on it. They didn't bring my drink with my meal, but I didn't want to go out and ask someone for it because I didn't want to miss the movie. I had to wait a while 'till my husband got his next drink to tell them I didn't get it. There was no napkins brought out with the food, so bring some tissues with you just incase. The air con was quite cold so I wish I had worn warmer clothes as the lower temperature made it slightly uncomfortable. With a few improvements, Gold Class could be a five star experience.

Loved it.We went to see the little Mermaid, and what a great show.We went into gold class, and the seating in there is absolutely worth spending the extra few bucks for comfort and convenience.Great layout and not so many people, and you're not cramped into each other.The service for drinks and food is something you need to do once in a while.Bit pricey, but it's worth it.Having the food getting delivered to you whilst you head into the cinema and get comfortable and relaxed is on another level.I had some of the best food from here and was blown away .I am a critic when it comes to food and I didn't expect the food to taste so nice and hot. The sliders and wings were OMG absolutely delicious.So people get to this cinema or any Event cinema and go gold class and enjoy the experience and food. Just once and let me know what you reckon.10/10 for this experience.Thankyou Event Cinemas Kotara.And to the lovely young lady who accommodated us and was our personal assistant for the night.You did a wonderful job.

I love the big screen and big volume experience! But, if i'm to be completely honest, the seating and comfort needs an upgrade. The wear adn tear is noticeable even in the dark.

Drinks didn't come out till all at once (4 drinks for 3 people) nearing the end of film. Food was outstanding! Service was poor - resulted on me having to track down staff, leave my seat and went informing them about the drinks. Short of staff was their reply. I accidently walked into the neighbouring gold class room, everyone in their had their food, icecreams, drinks, it's almost like they concentrated on that one room, leaving our room with us plus one other couple waiting. For our first experience there, it would also be our last. Not worth the price, dissatisfied. My son dropped his wallet - looking for that, under and around the seats.. was disgusting, left over food waste, rubbish, tissues; staff could learn how to time management better and clean.

Cinema was very tidy and clean. One of the few times I've experienced gold class. Popcorn was (still) a bit cold for my liking but everything else contributed to a very pleasant viewing and experience

Watched Avatar in the Gold Class cinema. Totally worth it! The kids loved it, the adults loved it. The seats were comfy. The back of the tilts back & the foot rest comes up. Only complain is that the food was price & ordinary. The selection didn't suit our taste. We're happy to pay good money for good food, not ordinary food.

I don't live in the area but whenever I travel up that way I try to make sure there's a big release I want to see so I see it here in the Gold Class section. The staff are great and the place is always spotless and the cinema screen and sound set ups are spot on.
