Called the Cairns store to confirm stock of an item only to be made feels like I was greatly inconveniencing the staff member by having her check.Poor enough customer service that I felt compelled to submit a complaint online.That was in August 2022 and nothing.Followed up in November and still no response.Does FF actually care how their (former) customers are being treated?I'll not be back but I WILL be happy to speak to any of my 100+ colleagues about my experience should I become aware that they're considering patronising your store.

Always have good service here. They have their own warehouse and always seem to have plenty in stock. Shopped twice here in 2 months.Easy parking.

Ordered furniture get an email the next week telling me the cannot process my order unless I send them copies of my driver’s license and copies of my utility bills ( This is after they have taken a couple of thousand out of my account) send numerous emails have called trying to get my money back said they can not help as the online team has put a lock on it so the lady on phone could not even help. Has anyone heard of anything so ridiculous…..CANCEL MY ORDER!!!!!! Thanks for the inconvenience of taking and holding my money all the stores need to be shut down….

I bought a three-seater sofa, which was very good quality and very reasonably priced. I asked the salesman Bruce when it would be delivered, as it was a Friday afternoon. He said, how about tomorrow morning" and it was delivered on Saturday morning. I had to attach the back

Fantastic Furniture
Got 2 side tables. Took me 3 hours to assemble and it still didn’t quite fit. You need a degree in how to do this. I have assembled many other furniture pieces before. This was tedious. From now on I will buy ready made pieces. Never buying from FF again.

Fantastic Furniture
Called into Fantastic Furniture on Sunday 04/09/22 & purchased a Verona Buffet, paid $499.00 + $49.00 for delivery.Helpful staff in the store, however some mix up with the delivery date & soon sorted out.Pleased with the Buffet once assembled together.
