Excellent agent service here. They always provide efficient help to their tenants. Especially the time when I first moved to Melbourne, I had no idea about the rent, the set up of the utilities or anything regarding my living situation, they are always there to answer me patiently and do the follow-up work for me without any delays. I especially appreciate the help from Endru and Keke who have been dedicating their time to my doubts.

Renting with Xynergy Altona throughout 2022 was an upsetting, challenging and undignified experience. In one year, we had two property managers (Jason and Verrel) who seemingly had little understanding of the rights of renters, including not knowing legal timeframes for repairs.The house had many unattended maintenance issues from the day we moved in. Many took months to resolve while others were never resolved. For 9 months of our 12 month lease we endured a frequently overflowing toilet, flooding sinks and a shed, laundry, toilet, entrance hallway and bathroom that smelled like human waste. Two plumbers quoted for major pipe works, so Xynergy found a third who inexplicably said nothing major was needed.As conditions worsened, we escalated our complaints to the director of the branch (Joyce) who encouraged us to let her know about our issues - we never heard from her again. Our mistake was not seeking external help sooner as we remained hopeful about a resolution.Ultimately, the only option for us was to leave. Xynergy took this opportunity to increase the rent by $100 a week for the new tenants.6 weeks after we moved out, Xynergy maintenance called to make a time to work on the property. I can’t comprehend the level of incompetence.Had a brief but positive experience with Endru who seems to know what he’s doing.EDIT: I phoned Xynergy after they responded to this message. The company director (Joyce) told me they had no intention of rectifying anything and they simply have a “company policy” to cut and paste a reply to negative reviews.

Endru and Keke was super nice and very responsive. We encountered some problems with the apartment and Endru was kind enough to lend a hand. All our questions were answer promptly and clearly. We're happy with Xynergy's service so far!

I honestly couldn't be happier with Endru and Xynergy. They have been extremely prompt when anything arises and also have taken the initiative when needed. I feel like I am doing nothing, which is what I want in a property agent as they are doing a lot behind the scenes. They take all of the hard work out and I am so grateful for the service I get for what I get charged. They send me regular and very detailed inspection reports - my last one had 345 photos! Every single nook and cranny was in a photo and then in a summarised report. I couldn't believe the detail when I received it.Xynergy make me feel like I am really valued and appreciated and they are always prompt with answering calls or following anything up. I really don't have enough good things to say about them. Also, they go the extra mile to do the little things, such as driving across the city to drop off keys or meeting me multiple times at a new property at my request.Just as I'm typing this I remember the free hamper they dropped off to be for Christmas with lots of goodies. It was such a nice touch. They really care about people like me, their clients, and I couldn't imagine them being any better. I am very happy staying with them and being in this partnership (3 years now) for many more years.Thanks so much!
