Visited the store in Magregor for the first time today. Vicky and Lachlan are very friendly and professional. Lachlan walked me through all of my options and gave me enough detail to make an informed decision on my purchase. Fantastic staff member Lachlan, took the time to explain in depth the details of many different mattresses and their benefits/disadvantages. There was no “ sales talk” or pressure to purchase, simply genuine advice. This sort of service is greatly appreciated and I would certainly return for a future purchase.
