I thought they were very good until yesterday, always getting car service for the last 4 years.Today, after finished my shift and was going to go home, my car lost power at car park. Didn't power on. Opened engine room and found that the cable which connected to battery was snapped.I called RACV, the mechanics told me the battery has been wobbly which My Car Frankston changed new battery some years ago, that might have caused the cable has been snapped.I had 135,000km Service 2months ago, obviously no one checked wobbly battery and snapped cable.Lucky my car didn't stop while driving on 80km/h zone Highway (where I drive everyday to get to work).Of course changed battery today, nice n fitting tight.Sorry to say but I don't trust you anymore and I don't recommend to anyone.

Highway robbers and cheats. Had my car repaired by them. Didn't do repairs properly, used cheap parts but charged me full price for authentic parts. Broke some parts but charged me for it. Returned car days later because it's not right, said it was fixed charged me for labour. Problems came back in week, took car to another shop. Didn't say what was done but they came back with diagnosis of the exact areas that was worked. If you want tyres fine, or expensive oil change called service fine. But beware you will do your dough in for anything else. Unhappy customer. Never again.

I had to visit MyCar after work today. I had a screw in my rear tyre. The very friendly staff at My car found the screw, repaired the puncture and sent me on my way. No charge!!! It also happened to be the end of the day and they were flat out with all their customers picking up cars. Thanks for the great service guys!!

Roping off naive customer!After three services there because my check engine light kept coming back on they did replace one faulty water pump free of charge but then I took it to another mechanic recommended by someone and he saw so many things they didn’t fix or didn’t fix properly. My car even talked about having to replace my thermostat the last time which I have just been told didn’t need to be done. They were just ripping off a naive customer even after I tried calling them on it.Will never recommend.

I recently had work done to my car (brakes), by the Mycar Frankston branch. They did an exceptional job and the car was ready as promised, as well the previously quoted price was upheld and I got great value for money. The staff there are very helpful and kept me fully informed. I won’t be going back to the dealership as I will now use Mycar Frankston for all my servicing needs - cheers

Weren't very helpful and didn't seem very interested in looking at my car. Mind you I didn't realise they are Kmart Auto under another name. I would much rather go to my mechanic but was booked out the Man who answered the phone came across quite agressive & rude theres no need to speak to people that way on principal wouldn't take my car there !

The guy I seen was ok but then when it come to pick up the car he was expecting payment from a booking I did through autoguru and payments made from after pay which allowed me to make payments on a later date but he wouldn’t allow that or I won’t be able to get my car back. Very unprofessional
