Vinnies Greystanes

Rose is very rude and disrespectful , other staff are friendly but this old lady has to go no customer service skills at all. A grumpy looking old lady at all times when you enter the store , never smiling or welcoming.

First time to this location near Greystanes to the right of Maccas on the Great Western Highway. Easy to use there drive way if your heading west... or you can just park in Maccas and walk across.Lots of stuff to have a look at and go through, staff were helpful and great to deal with. Quite funny actually. They have lots of parking and is easy to get to.I would definately go back and have a bit more of a gander with my wife with me. Generally I feel so good to buy from these types of shops. However, their prices are high. It made me leave the store without buying anything. What I was looking for was the same price as a new one.

You can always find a good bargain here or something to wear or use aboit the house.

Went in today ,so many men hanging around the cd section chatting (not the first time) couldn't have a look at them and the girl serving kinda rude . Said no wrapping up cups n things , no bags for stuff I was buying and a lamp had a crack on it still $40 !!!!

Absolutely ridiculous having goods turned away for being “dirty”. It was NOT dirty. It was a brand new item that my child had used once. Maybe it had a piece of fluff on it. Also refused a very large, thick mink blanket in the middle of one of the coldest winters because it had a 2mm hole in the edging. Saying my items were “very ripped and really dirty”, which was completely untrue. He suggested I send it to landfill instead. I have bought items from vinnies in very poor condition compared to my items, because they are still usable.I am appalled to learn they don’t wash any of the items before selling them either. Sorry but is Vinnies for used goods or brand new goods?

Zero signs about “dumping” there was a pile a stuff already there was just going to add a few things.. only to be absolutely yell at saying “there is sign everywhere” couldn’t find one. Was aggressive and could have just come up and told us.

Great clean shop with good selection. A thanks to Len who works in entertainment section - CDs, Movies. Ive been going to 2nd hand shops for years and his knowledge and customer service skills are probably the best in ANY store in Sydney going well above and beyond. This is what all staff should aspire to, a true asset and I hope he is rewarded. Agree with the other reviews about volunteer Rose having also bad experience, management must address these concerns.

Large store with a good range of products from menswear, womenswear, kidswear, accessories, jewelleries, books and homewares.Three fitting rooms didn't seem to be enough as many people wanted to try on their picks.Absolute enjoyable shopping experience on Sunday arvo. Long racks of clothes to browse through.Clothes are mostly in good clean condition. Prices are pretty good if choose carefully. Can be a little too high on some pieces.Saw a damaged leather looked jacket being offered for around $20 and wondered who would buy it.Great location being next to Macca's and plenty of parkings.Will definitely visit again.

Such an awesome Vinnies, open sundays and is always clean, well organised and full of good stuff.Great if you love a good clothing find or some hydro vases for your plants :)
